Get your tickets now for the September 17th Weaverville Tailgate Market’s Farm to Table Soiree!
This year the event will beheld at the Wysteria Inn and Meeting Place with guest chef A.J. Gregson from Mojo Kitchen and Lounge.
Tickets are $40 per person and can be purchased at the market on Wednesdays at the Lake Louise Community Center.
The menu is listed below. It is subject to change depending on available produce on the day of the soiree.

*Smoked salmon with herb goat cheese mustard and toast point
*Corn & potato vichyssoise
*Apple & chard stew
Entrée: (choose one)
*Beef: Braised brisket & roasted potatoes, shiitake-green beans and garlic cream sauce
*Chicken: Sumac roasted chicken & cream corn, sauté kale and shiitake chips with onion straw & crispy collards
*Veggie: Mini butternut squash stuffed with roasted beets, apples & fennel,
braised greens & beer mustard.
