1st Course –
• puree of Butternut squash soup, mixed green salad with a vinaigrette dressing, a gorgonzola style cheese, a seasonal sliced fruit, and a seasonal nut that has been candied.
Main Entree – (choose one)
•wood grilled chicken breast sliced and served with a heirloom BBQ style tomato sauce.
• Pork loin sautéed with shitake mushrooms & Picatta style demi cream sauce.
• The vegetarian selection will be Eggplant Parmesan.
* The entrees will be garnished with seasonal vegetables.
